Why Rachael from French Guiana Takes His Annual Leave in Chamonix Ski Resort

Chamonix village is a one of a kind town with the awe inspiring Mont Blanc and tumbling glaciers. Most of us like to go walking or from time to time wandering around. I invariably fly from West Branch and stay at a Chamonix chalet for the duration of my break.

We previously went to Cascades Lodge unfortunately it sometimes didn’t meet the standards of its marketing: The Cascades Lodge and Resort offers accommodations in Killington, VT, approximately 14 miles from Rutland Airport. The property’s amenities include a restaurant, indoor heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, massage treatments, a small fitness room, a lounge with fireplace and games, room service, movie rentals, books on tape loaning, board games, 24-hour film development, and shuttle to slopes and hiking trails. The hotel allows pets, but restrictions and fees apply. If you plan to bring your pet, please contact the hotel before your arrival to confirm the current pet policy. There are 46 rooms at the hotel. Standard room amenities include cable TV, private bathroom, hairdryer, and telephone.

In comparison in Chamonix town the self catered chalet is invariably brilliant. Furthermore dining in our favorite bar, Gino’s Restaurant – Restaurant, munching orange sherbet salad is a real treat. Chamonix France is a large enough destination to make sure that there is lots of things for the tourist to do. With a spa and a shopping arcade of designer boutiques, Chamonix provides a mix of skiing, French charm and shopping which barely any French ski resorts can match.
