UK Band Kasabian Set for Busy 2010 as They Are Confirmed Headliners for Yet Another Fesitval in Spain

Leicester indie giants Kasabian are among the newest additions to the line up for Benicassim. The band have been nominated for several Brit Awards for their live performances and their latest album. Kasabian are known for their terrific live performances and have already been confirmed as one of the headline acts at the Scottish T in the Park festival which is due to be held in 2010. The latest Kasabian track called Vlad The Impaler features well-known UK comedy star Noel Fielding from The Mighty Boosh.

With the worst of the winter weather behind us, it is maybe time to look forward to the holiday season. Tens are being purchased, suntan is being stored and across Europe lines up are being confirmed. Held outside the surprising Spanish town of Barcelona, Benicassim is a holiday celebrating music and art.

A longtime fixture on the holiday circuit, recently the event has become a home from home for UK fans. This year proves to be no exception with a number of English acts being named on the bill. Taking place between July 15th and 18th fans will have a striking array of talent to banquet on. Having spent 2009 touring the United Kingdom and blasting their way around festivals Kasabian are establishing to be one of the state’s most strong live attractions. Set to go out to Benicassim the band will doubtless enjoy the occasion as much as the fans. Joining the Leicester boys on the bill are rave rock heroes The Wonder kid . The band have appeared as kind of a Thankful Dead for the Acid House generation, touring to large crowds.
