You could easily guess that pressures and stressors would decrease with our continued advancement in technology. However, anxiety and depressive disorder appear much worse now than they ever were in the past. It is quite possible that in the past, people simply didn’t mention it. people are admitting to their problems in this innovative world of solutions. Whether it be sleep associated or fear of public places, scientists are always coming up with revolutionary ways to fix it. Anxiety and natural depression are surely at the top of this long list. When I ponder the notion of depression, I think of someone who has of late lost a loved one or a person who is impaired in such a way that prevents them from carrying on normally. In most situations this is not the case. We are surrounded by people that are pummeled by the burden of panic attacks and depressive disorder for other reasons. We usually do not recognize the reasons. Sometimes it could be as simple as the food we eat. Oddly, contentment with life is elusive to most individuals.

We have not forgotten our experiences. However, I can never recall being depressed. It is challenging to understand the changes of the last ten years. Anxiety attacks should not be a part of childhood. Truth is, anxiety attacks and depressive disorder should be much less frequent than it is altogether.
